On Tuesday 29th September, I’m running a one-hour online Leadership Toolkit session specifically for Educational Leaders.
We’ll talk about the parts of Educational Leadership that aren’t always straightforward. How do you actually lead rather than just manage? How do you support and influence educators without taking everything on yourself? What do you do with the tricky questions, tricky situations and, sometimes, tricky people? And how do you manage everyone else’s priorities without automatically making them all your priorities too?

I’ll share some of my favourite leadership thinking, but more importantly, we’ll look at what it actually means for you in your Educational Leader role and some practical things you can take back to your service.
